Melting heart cookies

Cookies with hazelnut chocolate, even naughtier with a melting salted butter caramel centre... How to resist? and why would you want to?

ingredients:
100g dark chocolate
50g white chocolate
50g chocolate caramel or 2 tablespoons of YIAH Salted Maple Chocolate or Tiramisu
50g hazelnuts
1 egg
100g sugar
60g butter
180g self rasing flour
1 table spoon of Vanilla Sugar
1 pinch of salt (if you do not use half butter salt, otherwise it is not necessary)
15 soft salted butter caramel lollies
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Put the chocolate in the bowl of your Thermomachine.
Add the hazelnuts and mix for 7sec, sp 5. Set the mix aside
Place all ingredients in the Thermomix (except the choc/hazelnut mix)
and mix 15 sec on sp 5.
Add the choc/hazelnut mix and mix on sp 4 for 10s
The cookie dough is ready!
Remove the paper from the sweets. Cut them in 2 if they are too big.
Take a heaped tablespoon of dough in your hand.
Press a lolly in the middle
and form a ball.
Line 2 cooking trays with baking paper and put the balls, keeping them well apart as the dough will spread.
Press slightly on each ball to flaten and cook for 15mn at 180 °C.
Let the cookies cool slightly before manipulating them unless you really can't resist
