Cauliflower and Gorgonzola Panna cotta

Instant freshness in a jar for a hot summer night. Cauliflower and Gorgonzola work really well together (and would the kids realise there are veggies in this beautiful jar?.....no 😊 )

Ingredients:
300 g cauliflower
300g pouring cream
4 gelatine sheets
150g gorgonzola
salt and pepper
tomato puree
Place 300g of cauliflower in the bowl of your thermomachine. You can also use frozen cauliflower
Add 300 grams of liquid cream.
15mn on Varoma, sp 1
In the meantime, place 4 gelatin sheets in a bowl with cold water to soften
Dice 150g Gorgonzola in small cubes
When the timer stops, add a bit of salt (the Gorgonzola will already add saltiness) and pepper to taste (if you would like to use YIAH produtcs, Chai Shiraz Smoked Four Peppercorn blend would be absolutely perfect).
Add the dices Gorgonzola (save a few cubes for deocration) and the gelatin sheets (press the sheets in your hand first, to remove as much water as possible).
Mixer for 2 minutes at 80 degrees on speed 4.
Pour the mixture into small glasses or jars and refrigerate for at leat 2.5h
Add a bit of tomato puree and a few cubes of Gorgonzola)
Serve chilled
