Homemade Sweetened condensed milk

Back in the days, many moons ago, sweetened condensed milk was sold in small packaging (berlingots) that kids would bring to school, open with their teeth and drink… such great memories (let’s face it, there was no concept of sugar free at this time…) See how easy it is to do your own sweetened consensed milk :

ingredients:
150g of water
50g milk powder
100g caster sugar
80 g of cane sugar
1 table spoon of vanilla sugar or a few drops of vanilla essence
Pour water into the bowl of the Thermomachine
Add milk powder
and sugars.
Schedule 25 minutes at 90 degrees on speed 3 (measuring cup off to let the moisture out)
This milk lasts a few days in the fridge
