Potato Bake

Hot, rich, melting in the mouth potato bake. The perfect accompaniment for Sunday roast, with a nice gravy and green beans.

ingredients:
- 800 g to 1 kg of potatoes
- 1 litre pure cream (35% milk fat)
- salt (try YIAH Smoked Orange, Garlic and Chilli salt, you will be AHHHHmazed)
- grated cheese

Bake at 200 ° C for 1 hour.
