Speculos Spread

If you haven't eaten Speculos yet, now is the time to give them a go. These European biscuits contains spices like cinnamon, nutmeg or ginger and they are just the best in the homemade spread you are about to discover... And make? Pour 300grs of sweetened condensed milk (homemade recipe here: http://www.thermovivie.com/2016/02/homemade-sweetened-condensed-milk.html
200g Speculos biscuits
90 g salted butter melted (or 45g unsalted butter + 45g salted butter)
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 5.
Pour into a pretty glass jar.
This spread can easily be stored up to 1 week in the fridge
