Add 100g melted butter.
Mix the preparation for 30 seconds at 37 degrees 3 speed.
Add 100 g almond powder.
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 2 to 37 degrees.
Pour over the pastry
If using whole plums, remove the stones.
I have used frozen plums from my garden, already cut in halves
Place the plums nicely on the almond cream.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
The pie should be golden.
I love it very hot, just out of the oven or very cold after a couple of hours in the fridge. What about you? the warm from the oven, and then very cold after a small stay in the fridge …
What about you?
