Almond tart with plums

A very quick and easy tart, using fresh or frozen plums and almonds.

ingredients:
1 sheet of puff pastry
100 g sugar
2 eggs
100 g butter, melted
100g ground almonds
300 g pitted plums
Brown sugar
Preheat the oven a 200 degrees C/392 degrees F
Roll out the puff pastry into a pie pan and prick with a fork.
In the bowl of your Thermomachine, pour 100 grams of sugar and the 2 eggs
Mix for 1 minute, gradually increasing the speed up to sp 3.
Add 100g melted butter.
Mix the preparation for 30 seconds at 37 degrees 3 speed.
Add 100 g almond powder.
Mix for 30 seconds on speed 2 to 37 degrees.
Pour over the pastry
If using whole plums, remove the stones.
I have used frozen plums from my garden, already cut in halves
Place the plums nicely on the almond cream.
Sprinkle with brown sugar and bake at 200 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes.
The pie should be golden.
I love it very hot, just out of the oven or very cold after a couple of hours in the fridge. What about you? the warm from the oven, and then very cold after a small stay in the fridge …
